Terms of Service

The rules for using eclectic-lyfe.com and booking services with Eclectic Lyfe LLC, written as plainly as we can.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Eclectic Lyfe LLC ("Eclectic Lyfe," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wisconsin limited liability company. They apply to your use of eclectic-lyfe.com (the "Site") and to any reading, coaching program, business service, workshop, class, or free resource you book, buy, or use from us (together, the "Services").

Please read these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. We recommend keeping a copy for your records.

Our services

Eclectic Lyfe offers tarot readings, Shadow Walk Life Coaching, Boss Lyfe Business Coaching, Business Audits, Business Consultation, workshops and classes, and free resources. Services may be delivered by phone, video call, email, recorded audio, in person, or through an event platform, as described on each service page.

Each service page explains what's included, the price, the format, and who the service is and isn't for. Please review it before you book. These additional terms also apply to the Services they cover:

We may update, pause, or discontinue a Service at any time. If we discontinue a Service you've already paid for and can't deliver it, we will work with you on a fair resolution as described in our Refund Policy.

The Services are operated from the United States. If you use them from another country, you are responsible for following your local laws.

What our services are and aren't

Tarot readings are spiritual guidance and personal reflection. They describe patterns, influences, and possibilities. They are not guaranteed predictions, and you keep full responsibility for your own choices.

Coaching, including Shadow Walk Life Coaching, focuses on personal development, behavior change, and accountability. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical care. It does not diagnose or treat any mental health condition and is not a substitute for a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a licensed provider.

Business services, including Boss Lyfe Business Coaching, Business Audits, and Business Consultation, offer guidance, review, and planning. We do not guarantee any income, revenue, funding, credit approval, traffic, or other business result. Results depend on your decisions, your follow-through, and conditions outside our control.

None of the Services are legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or medical advice. When something needs a licensed professional, we will tell you so you can find the right specialist. Eclectic Lyfe is not a healthcare provider, and information you share with us is not protected health information under HIPAA.

Booking and scheduling

Most paid Services are paid for at checkout. After payment, you will be asked to schedule your appointment, complete an intake or questionnaire, or register for your event. Your booking is not complete until that step is done, so please finish it right after checkout.

Please give accurate, complete information when you book. We rely on it to prepare for and deliver your Service.

You may reschedule a scheduled session with at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions and changes made with less than 24 hours notice are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Some Services, such as coaching programs and business audits, start with a consultation or intake. Pricing and scope for those Services are confirmed in a proposal or agreement before you commit.

Payments

We accept payment through:

PayPal, including debit and credit cards processed through PayPal checkout
Square, for card payments
CashApp, at $eclecticlyfe

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars on each service page and are due at checkout unless your written proposal or agreement says otherwise. Sales tax is added where required by law. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processors, and we do not store your full card number.

We do not offer subscriptions or automatically renewing charges. You will never be billed again without making a new purchase.

Prices may change at any time, but a price change will not affect a Service you have already paid for. If a price is listed in error, we may correct it and will give you the choice to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund of that order.

Communications

Email

When you book, buy, or sign up for a free resource, we will email you about that Service, such as confirmations, reminders, and delivery. If you join our email list, we may also send newsletters and updates about classes and services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing does not stop messages about Services you've booked.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send appointment reminders, booking updates, and, only if you opt in, occasional updates about our Services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive marketing texts is never a condition of purchase. Phone and video

Some Services take place by phone or video call, such as Google Meet. Please join from a private place with a reliable connection. Sessions are not recorded unless the service page says so or we both agree in writing.

Electronic records

You agree that agreements, notices, and other communications we send electronically meet any legal requirement that they be in writing, and that electronic signatures and records are valid where the law allows.

Our content and intellectual property

The Site and everything we provide through the Services, including text, graphics, logos, videos, recordings, workbooks, worksheets, course and workshop materials, written readings, reports, and roadmaps (the "Content"), belong to Eclectic Lyfe LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use Content you receive for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, share, resell, republish, record, or distribute our Content, or use it to create competing courses, products, or services, without our written permission.

Deliverables made for you, such as a written reading, action summary, audit report, or roadmap, are yours to use for your own purposes. The methods, templates, and frameworks behind them remain ours.

To request permission, or to report content you believe infringes your copyright, email eclecticlyfe333@gmail.com with a description of the work and where it appears.

Reviews and feedback

We appreciate honest reviews. If you leave a review, it should reflect your own genuine experience and should not be false, misleading, hateful, or unlawful.

If you post a public review or send us a testimonial, you allow us to share it on our Site and social media, along with the name you posted it under. We will not publish private details from your sessions, and you can ask us to remove a testimonial at any time.

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve our Services without any obligation to you.

Acceptable use

When using the Site or the Services, you agree not to:

Break any law or use the Services for an unlawful purpose
Harass, threaten, or abuse Coach Karma, other participants, or anyone else
Give false information, impersonate someone, or book on behalf of someone without their permission
Copy, record, resell, or share our Content or workshop materials without permission
Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to collect data from the Site
Upload viruses or harmful code, or try to get around the Site's security
Disrupt a live session, workshop, or class

We may refuse, pause, or end Services for anyone who breaks these rules, as described below.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. What you share in readings, coaching, and intake forms is used only to deliver your Service and is kept confidential, except as described in the Privacy Policy or required by law.

We use trusted third-party services to run the business, including HubSpot, PayPal, Square, CashApp, Google, and Eventbrite. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies also apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. The Site may also link to other websites we do not control.

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Site accurate and the Services helpful, but the Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or free of errors, and we may correct mistakes in descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time.

Any decisions you make based on a reading, a coaching session, a business service, or our Content are your own, and you are responsible for them.

Limitation of liability and indemnification

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Eclectic Lyfe LLC and its owner, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or the Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service involved in the claim during the six (6) months before the event that gave rise to it.

You agree to defend and hold Eclectic Lyfe LLC harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees that result from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of someone else's rights.

Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Ending or pausing services

We may refuse, pause, or end Services, or block access to the Site, if you break these Terms, act abusively, or use the Services in a way that could harm us or others. If we end a paid Service early for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, we will handle any unused portion as described in our Refund Policy.

Sections that by their nature should continue after the Services end, including content ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law rules.

If a concern comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly and in good faith. If we can't, any legal action must be brought in the state courts located in Jefferson County, Wisconsin, or the federal courts serving that area, and both parties agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

To the extent allowed by law, any claim related to the Site or the Services must be filed within one (1) year after it arises.

Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not change the terms of a Service you have already paid for.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any service-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and the Services. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a part of these Terms right away, we can still enforce it later. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
