Last updated: October 12, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how Eclectic Lyfe LLC ("Eclectic Lyfe," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit eclectic-lyfe.com (the "Site"), book or purchase a service, register for a class or workshop, download a free resource, or otherwise contact us (together, the "Services"). "You" means anyone who uses the Services, including clients, students, and Site visitors. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services. ## Information we collect ### Information you give us - **Contact details** such as your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a form, download a free resource, join our email list, or send us a message. - **Booking details** such as the service you choose, your appointment date and time, and any notes you add when you schedule a session. - **Intake and session information** you choose to share so we can prepare for and deliver coaching, tarot readings, business audits, or classes. This can include your goals, questions, business information, and personal context. - **Purchase information** such as your name, billing email, the service purchased, and payment confirmation. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number. - **Event registration details** such as your name, email address, and ticket information when you register for a workshop or class. - **Communications** you send us by email, form, phone, or social media. Some Services cannot be provided without certain information. For example, we need your email address to send your booking confirmation or reading. ### Information collected automatically When you visit the Site or open our emails, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information ("Usage Data") using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies ("Cookies"). Usage Data can include your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, approximate location based on IP address, and the date and time of your visit. ### Information from third parties We may receive information about you from the services we use to run our business, such as payment confirmations from our payment processors and registration details from our event ticketing platform. We treat this information according to this Privacy Policy. ## Tools and services we use We use the following providers to run the Site and deliver the Services. Each one processes information under its own privacy policy, linked below. - **HubSpot** hosts the Site and powers our forms, contact records (CRM), scheduling, email, and website Cookies. [Eventbrite Privacy Policy](https://www.eventbrite.com/help/en-us/articles/460838/eventbrite-privacy-policy/) - **Google** provides email (Gmail), video sessions (Google Meet), and Google Tag Manager, which we use to manage Site tags and measure Site traffic. [Poptin Privacy Policy](https://www.poptin.com/privacy-policy) ## How we use your information - **To provide the Services**, including scheduling sessions, processing payments, delivering readings and coaching, running classes and workshops, and sending confirmations and reminders. - **To communicate with you**, including answering questions and providing support. - **To send emails you asked for or agreed to**, such as free resources, newsletters, and updates about classes and services. Depending on the type of email and your location and consent preferences, our emails may contain tracking pixels and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened, whether a link was clicked, and when. We use this information to understand how readers engage with our emails, improve their relevance, and manage appropriate follow up. Where applicable law requires consent before email open or click tracking, we will ask for that consent first. You can withdraw consent to email tracking at any time by emailing [eclecticlyfe333@gmail.com](mailto:eclecticlyfe333@gmail.com). Withdrawing consent to tracking does not unsubscribe you from emails. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. Email tracking is not always accurate, because email apps, privacy features, image blocking, and automated systems can affect results. ## Cookies We use Cookies to make the Site work, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and show forms and pop ups. HubSpot sets Cookies on our Site; you can read about them in [HubSpot's cookie guide](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/privacy-and-consent/what-cookies-does-hubspot-set-in-a-visitor-s-browser). Google Tag Manager and Poptin may also set or read Cookies. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non essential Cookies. You can also block or delete Cookies in your browser settings. Blocking Cookies may cause some parts of the Site, such as forms or scheduling, to stop working correctly. ## How we share your information We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described below: - **With service providers** listed above and others who help us run the business, such as hosting, payment processing, scheduling, email, video conferencing, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us or as described in their own privacy policies. - **When you ask us to** or give your consent. - **For legal reasons**, such as to comply with a law, subpoena, or court order, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Eclectic Lyfe, our clients, or others. - **In a business transfer**, such as a merger, sale of assets, or reorganization, where your information may be transferred to the new owner under this policy. Some state privacy laws define "selling" or "sharing" broadly to include certain advertising Cookies. If we use Cookies in a way that counts as selling or sharing under those laws, we will say so in this policy and give you a way to opt out. Where required by law, we treat a recognized browser opt out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out. ## Information you share in coaching and readings Coaching sessions, tarot readings, and intake forms may involve personal topics you choose to share, such as relationships, family, spiritual beliefs, emotional wellbeing, or business finances. We use this information only to deliver the Service you requested. We keep it confidential and do not share it except with the providers needed to deliver the Service, as required by law, or if we believe there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or someone else. Our coaching and readings are not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, or financial services, and Eclectic Lyfe is not a healthcare provider. Information you share with us is not protected health information under HIPAA. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. ## Children's privacy The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. ## Security and retention We use reasonable safeguards and rely on established providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send highly sensitive information, such as card numbers or government ID numbers, by email or form. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as providing the Services, keeping required business and tax records, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous. ## Your rights and choices Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. These rights are not absolute, and we may decline a request where the law allows. - **Access.** Ask what personal information we hold about you and how we use it. - **Correction.** Ask us to correct inaccurate information. - **Deletion.** Ask us to delete your personal information. - **Portability.** Ask for a copy of your information in a usable format. - **Opt out.** Ask us not to sell or share your information or use it for targeted advertising, where those laws apply. - **Withdraw consent.** Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. - **Appeal.** If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. - **Email preferences.** Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. We may still send messages about bookings or purchases you made. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights, and we will respond within the time required by law. If you have a concern about how we handle your information, please contact us first. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. ## Visitors outside the United States Eclectic Lyfe is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
