You do not need a long explanation, but you should know what you want clarity on. One to three focused questions are more powerful than a scattered list.

Avoid sending detailed stories or timelines before your session. The reading is most effective when insight unfolds naturally rather than being shaped by excessive context.
Be mentally and emotionally present.
Join your session from a quiet, distraction-free space. Do not multitask, drive, or treat the reading as background activity. This is dedicated time for clarity.
Release the need to control the outcome.
Tarot reveals patterns, direction, and perspective. It is not designed to confirm only what you hope to hear.

How do sessions take place?
All readings are conducted live via Google Meet. You will receive a private link after booking. Both partners must attend from a quiet, distraction-free space with a stable internet connection.
Do both partners need to be present?
Yes. Couples readings are designed for two people attending together. This is a shared session focused on the relationship dynamic, not an individual reading about someone who is not present.
How much background information should we provide?
Minimal. Please avoid sending long explanations or detailed relationship histories in advance or during the call. The reading is most effective when insight unfolds organically. You may bring one or two focused questions, but there is no need to provide extensive context beforehand.
What if we are running late?
Punctuality is required. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the original time. Late arrivals do not extend the reading.
Is there a refund policy?
All bookings are final. This service operates under a strict no-refund policy. Please ensure you are ready and committed before scheduling.
Can we reschedule?
Rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice according to the booking terms provided at checkout. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refund or credit.
What is the difference between Focused and In-Depth?
Focused covers one primary concern with up to two connected questions. In-Depth gives a layered situation more room and may cover up to three connected questions or areas. If one topic needs the full reading, the reading stays with that topic.
How do I choose the right format?
Choose phone for live conversation, email when you process best through reading, and Audio Note + PDF when hearing the reading in Karma’s voice matters but you also want a searchable transcript.
When will my email or audio reading arrive?
Email and Audio Note + PDF orders arrive within 1–2 days after the complete intake is received. The turnaround begins after all required information has been submitted.
