Refund, Resend, and Returns Policy for Eclectic Lyfe LLC 

Please carefully review the following guidelines.

Eclectic Lyfe LLC offers a swift and efficient dispute resolution process. We kindly request that you provide the following if you encounter any issues:

a. Photographs or videos demonstrating damage to the item. In case photos are insufficient, please upload a video.

b. If our Dispute Team requests a return, you must send the products back to address provided to via email from Eclectic Lyfe LLC.

With the exception of specific scenarios, Eclectic Lyfe LLC will facilitate a refund, resend, or accept returns for the following cases:

a. For all orders, regardless of the destination country, if the tracking information is missing, in transit, pending, or has expired after 60 days from the date the order left Eclectic Lyfe LLC warehouse, customers can open a dispute to address the delay.

b. For orders shipped specifically to the USA, customers can open a dispute if the tracking information remains in one of the above-mentioned states for 45 days after the order left Eclectic Lyfe LLC's warehouse..


In some cases, orders may arrive at the buyer's local post office but remain pending due to address-related issues. In such cases, buyers should contact the local post office or arrange for delivery.

In cases where local tracking numbers indicate delivery, but the end customer claims non-receipt, Eclectic Lyfe LLC will make an effort to investigate the situation. However, resolution may take 1-2 months, and results are not guaranteed.

1. Orders Not Received: Eclectic Lyfe LLC will not process refunds or resends if the tracking information confirms the order was delivered.

a. If you did not receive your package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is required.

b. Tracking information alerts indicating issues such as incorrect/insufficient address, unknown recipient, refused delivery, failure to pick up on time, no safe delivery location, uncleared customs, or others will not be eligible for refunds or resends.

Notes: Local distributors will make 1-3 delivery attempts based on the actual situation. If the package remains unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage within 3-7 days. You (the customer) must pick up the package yourself; otherwise, the product will be returned to Eclectic Lyfe LLC's logistics company. Eclectic Lyfe LLC bears no responsibility for products lost during the return.

1. If the logistics company offers a return service to China, Eclectic Lyfe LLC will place the products in your private inventory and will not refund them upon receipt of the returned items.

2. Eclectic Lyfe LLC will not offer a refund or resend for undelivered orders or packages destroyed by logistics companies if you fail to process such cases.

3. Products Damaged: For packages that arrive significantly damaged, Eclectic Lyfe LLC  will provide a full refund or replacement.

4. For packages that arrive partially damaged (e.g., thread issues, slight wrinkles, small scratches, etc.), Eclectic Lyfe LLC will offer a partial refund or replacement.

Notes: For fragile products, a refund is highly recommended.

For damaged packing boxes due to long-distance international delivery, no refunds or after-sale services will be provided.

Complaints or disputes regarding ordinary products must be raised within 5 days of package delivery, while complaints about electronic products must be raised within 10 days of delivery..

5. Incorrect or Missing Products: Eclectic Lyfe LLC ensures strict quality control before dispatching products. The handling of incorrect or missing products is as follows:

a. For incorrect products, Eclectic Lyfe LLC offers a full refund or replacement.

b. For products with minor issues like wrong color or size that don't affect product function, Eclectic Lyfe LLC may provide a refund or resend upon receiving a screenshot of your clients' complaint, including name, content, and date.

c. For parts missing without affecting product function, Eclectic Lyfe LLC may offer a partial refund or resend the missing parts. For parts missing that affect product function, Eclectic Lyfe LLC will resend the entire product.

d. For accessories, Eclectic Lyfe LLC will resend the missing accessories.

Notes: For size-related problems, please provide accurate measurements and photos for a prompt dispute resolution.

6. Branding, Marketing Services, and Custom items: All sales are final and nonrefundable

7. Order Cancellation: Eclectic Lyfe LLC allows full refunds for orders canceled before products are processed by warehouses.

a. Print on Demand (POD) orders cannot be canceled after payment as they are customized. All sale are final.

b. Private inventory orders cannot be canceled after payment as they are special products exclusively available to you.

c. Video and photo orders cannot be canceled after payment as they are prepared and planned specifically for you.

Important Interpretation:

  1. Deadline for Opening Disputes: Disputes cannot be opened if the order status is closed, and disputes with tracking information from third parties that cannot be traced will not be resolved.
  2. Force Majeure: Eclectic Lyfe LLC is not responsible for product damage or shipping delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to epidemics, international situations, strikes, wars, earthquakes, floods, viruses, storms, heavy snow, and customs inspections. In such cases, Eclectic Lyfe LLC will notify you through various communication channels.
  3. Shipping Method Limits: Certain shipping methods are not trackable in specific countries, states, or cities. Eclectic Lyfe LLC will provide a list of these shipping methods in advance and will not accept disputes if you choose them for delivery to certain countries.

Notes: Remote addresses might incur additional costs when choosing specific shipping methods.

  1. Destination Limits: Due to limited international transportation, Eclectic Lyfe LLC will not accept any disputes for orders shipped to certain countries listed below:

2.  Returns: Products can only be returned to Eclectic Lyfe LLC's US or China warehouses. However, it is not recommended to return products to the warehouses due to high international shipping costs and potential losses or damages during the return process. Eclectic Branding will not take responsibility for such cases.

     a. To return a product please follow the provided steps for returning products to Eclectic Branding's warehouse.

     b. Products must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

Refund Process

1. Contact our customer service department at with the subject titled, "RETURN/REFUND REQUEST."

2. Complete the refund request form sent to your email. Keep in mind you will need to submit images to show proof of damages, and order, as well as provide a written statement about why you are asking for a refund or need to return an item.

3. Wait for our team to review your request and evidence. From there a decision will be made.

  1. Service Products: Service products are subject to the following interpretation.

      a. Disputes arising from product damage or shipping delays may not be eligible for a product cost refund.

      b. Disputes arising from bad quality may not be accepted, as the supplier

      c. Disputes regarding bad quality may not be accepted as the supplier is not Eclectic Branding.

      d. For service products without Eclectic Branding's quality checking inspection, disputes may not be accepted.

4. Unacceptable Disputes: Eclectic Branding will not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

     a. The buyer's personal preference (e.g., not liking the product).

     b. Discrepancies between the product description and the actual product.

     c. Complaints about unusual product smells.

     d. Buyer's error in ordering the wrong items or SKU.

     e. Incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer.

     f. Pre-negotiated product differences.

     g. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.

     h. Packages returned, discarded, or detained due to the consignee's failure to comply with customs clearance         

          requirements in specific countries.
