Last updated: October 12, 2026 This Refund Policy applies to every reading, coaching program, business audit, class, and workshop purchased from Eclectic Lyfe LLC through eclectic-lyfe.com or through our payment and ticketing partners, PayPal, Square, and Eventbrite. Each service is personalized and holds time on Coach Karma's calendar that is set aside for you, so all sales are final unless this policy says otherwise. Please read the terms for your service below, and reach out with any questions before you buy so you can book with confidence. ## All sales are final All purchases are final and non-refundable. Every service is prepared for you specifically and reserves time that cannot be offered to someone else once it is booked. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy and to the terms on the page for the service you selected. The only exceptions are the situations listed under [Exceptions](https://eclectic-lyfe.com/refund-policy#refund-exceptions) below. ## Tarot readings This section covers General Tarot Readings (Focused and In-Depth) and Love Tarot Readings for couples and singles. ### Payment comes first Readings are paid in full on the reading page before anything is scheduled. After payment, you will receive your scheduling link, session invite, or intake form. ### Email and audio readings - Delivery is typically within 1 to 2 business days after your completed intake is received. The turnaround begins once all required information has been submitted. - Your order includes one brief clarification, submitted within 48 hours of delivery. A clarification can explain something already stated in your reading, but it cannot add a new situation, question, card pull, or updated prediction. New questions require a new reading. - Audio files should be downloaded within 30 days of delivery. ### Live readings by phone or video - Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session still ends at the original time. - For couples readings, both partners must be present for the session to begin. ## Rescheduling and missed sessions - **Rescheduling with notice.** You may reschedule a live reading or session at no charge when you give at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled start time. - **Less than 24 hours notice.** Changes requested less than 24 hours before your session, including same day cancellations, are not eligible for a refund, credit, or reschedule. - **Missed sessions.** If you miss your session without notice, the session is forfeited. To book a new time, you will need to rebook and pay again. - **If we need to reschedule.** If Eclectic Lyfe needs to move your session, we will contact you to offer a new time. If we cannot deliver your session, the [Exceptions](https://eclectic-lyfe.com/refund-policy#refund-exceptions) below apply. To reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us at [eclecticlyfe333@gmail.com](mailto:eclecticlyfe333@gmail.com). ## Coaching programs This section covers Shadow Walk Life Coaching and Boss Lyfe Business Coaching. - **Talk first, then enroll.** Enrollment begins with a consultation or discovery call, so you can ask questions and decide whether the program is the right fit before you pay. - **Enrollment is final.** Because enrollment gives you immediate access to program materials, sessions, and community spaces, program fees are non-refundable once you are enrolled. - **Payment plans.** When a payment plan is offered, you are committing to the full program fee. Stopping the program early does not cancel the remaining payments. - **Upgrades.** You can move to a longer program by paying the difference, as long as spots are available. - **Missed coaching sessions** follow the [Rescheduling and missed sessions](https://eclectic-lyfe.com/refund-policy#rescheduling) terms above. Where a program records its group sessions, recordings are shared with enrolled members. ## Business audits - Business audits are paid in full upfront. Down payments are not available. - Your review begins once you submit all requested documentation and business details. The full review and report typically take 7 to 10 business days from that point. - Audit purchases are final and non-refundable. Delays caused by missing or incomplete information do not qualify as late delivery. ## Classes, workshops, and masterclasses - Tickets and registrations for classes, workshops, and masterclasses, whether purchased through Eventbrite, Square, or our website, are final and non-refundable. - Missing a live class does not qualify for a refund. If a replay or recording is offered, the class page will say so and explain how to access it. - If Eclectic Lyfe cancels a class or workshop, you will be offered a full refund or a spot in the rescheduled session. ## Exceptions We will review a refund request in these situations: - The service was not delivered because of a fault on our part. - The service was not delivered within the stated or agreed timeframe, for reasons other than missing information from you. - The service was misrepresented in our marketing or communication. - Eclectic Lyfe cancelled a class, workshop, or session and could not offer a new time that works for you. We review every request and will reply with a decision. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and processing time depends on PayPal, Square, or Eventbrite. ## Payment disputes If something is wrong with your order, please contact us before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly by talking directly, and we would rather make it right with you. ## Changes to this policy We may update this Refund Policy as our services change.
