You might be stuck in a loop of feeling "fine but tired." Maybe your brain feels like it has forty tabs open and half of them are frozen. Most people think these feelings are just part of being an adult. However, they are often signs that your energy is blocked and your nervous system is in overdrive.  At Eclectic Lyfe, we do not do surface level work. We go straight to the source. We help you clear the mental clutter so you can find your center again. Here is what happens during a session: - **Clearing the Sludge:** We find where your energy is stuck. It is like clearing a clogged drain so everything can flow properly again. - **The Big Reset:** We work with your **biofield**. This helps your nervous system drop the stress response and start to rest. - **Clarity Injection:** Once the static is gone, you can hear your own intuition. You can stop guessing and start knowing. ## How We Can Connect I believe healing should be accessible, whether you are sitting in your favorite chair at home or meeting me in person. Research into [distant healing intention](https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4654780/) suggests that physical proximity is not a requirement for a measurable shift in a client’s state, which is why our virtual work is so effective. [**Online Nationwide**](https://eclectic-lyfe.com/energy-healing) You do not need to be in the same room to experience a shift. My virtual sessions are designed to be just as potent as in-person work. We connect via video, and you get to integrate the healing in your own sacred space immediately afterward  [**In-Person in Wisconsin**](https://eclectic-lyfe.com/energy-healing) For those of you near the Milwaukee area, I love a good face-to-face session. I can come to you to facilitate your reset. I travel within 10 miles of Milwaukee at no extra cost. For those a bit further out, a small travel fee applies to cover the commute. ## Stop Running on Empty You were not meant to live in a state of perpetual "frazzled." Energy healing is not just about feeling relaxed for an hour; it is about reclaiming your capacity to handle life with ease and clear-headedness. [The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health](https://www.nccih.nih.gov/health/reiki) recognizes these modalities as valuable tools for stress and overall wellness. If you are ready to stop dragging that stagnant energy around like a heavy backpack, let's get you back to yourself. --- ### References - **Autonomic Nervous System Function:** [Baldwin, A.
